| Idea Factory was
conceived in a cafeteria, in an area, where three people shared
a single laptop computer and had one means to access the Internet.
From that moment on we realized our people were key to our
success. For this reason, we decided that the executive team
would not merely be formed by brilliant and enthusiastic young
people, with recently earned Masters in Business, but rather
it would be an experienced team in which any client in the
world could trust, not for their promises but rather for their
performance.
As such, the first employees to hold key positions have proven
experience in their fields: software development, software
quality, methodology, architecture, etc. As can be seen by
their professional credentials, all of them have worked for
many years in the information technology industry, for major
clients, in complex projects and have also operated as teachers.
To work with any one of them is a privilege and a pleasure,
something this team enjoys and which our clients and partners
benefit from in every single project.
At the same time, these "founders" of Idea Factory
have shaped and continue to shape the values of our company
and therefore, they represent these values in their day to
day work. From the moment join this team, people understand
that committing to those values is as important as their technical
and professional qualification.
As such, Idea Factory is nourished by great individuals,
but essentially is a team. Discussions are long, decisions
are taken with major participation at all levels and are carried
